With the sole objective of providing quality houses to the masses at an affordable cost, he has taken the company to the heights. An adventurer and windsurfer, Satya looks at Business Development and Marketing of the group. Also, very personally he looks into the Project Conceptualization and Product planning.

Mr. Jagdish Ghorpade
Partner
Jagdish is responsible for overall project management, financial planning, fund allocation, analysing various sources for raising funds, doing due diligence with investors, Bankers and various government and non-government organizations. He is also responsible for controlling income, cash flow, Jagdish has over 14 years of experience in finance, administration and project management; he holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Karnataka and Masters in Business administration from Visvesvaraya Technological University Belgaum, Karnataka, India.
Mrs. Smita Giri

Smita is responsible for meeting the highest standard of human resource development in the company. She is also responsible to maintain the standard of the company strictly adhering to the Vision and Mission of the Company, ensuring entire teams’ contribution in their best possible way and works towards the goals and objectives of the organization. She is also responsible for brand promotion, maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
Smita has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Development she holds a Bachelor’s degree in science from university of Nagpur, India.
Ms. Indrayani Giri
Partner
Indrayani is responsible for project planning, designing aesthetics, and creative direction for the projects. She is also responsible for finalising finishing materials, finding innovating materials for construction.
Indrayani has over 2 years of experience in project planning. she holds a Bachelor’s degree in fashion styling and creative direction from university of Marangoni, Paris, France.

Mr. Gurunath Shinde
Senior Project Manager
Gurunath is senior Project Manager, a Civil engineer, brings over 13 years of expertise in construction. He is responsible for Project Planning and Design, Gurunath plays a pivotal role in crafting the blueprints and designs for civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client needs. He conducts meticulous site assessments, Analysing factors that may influence project success. He maintains open lines of communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders, keeping them well-informed of project progress.
He also looks after Quality Assurance, Resource Allocation and due diligence with various consultants.
Gurunath holds a diploma in civil engineering from Ekalavya Shikshan Sanstha. Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai, India
Mr. Abhijeet Savarde
Civil Engineer
Abhijeet is responsible for execution of projects, handling day today construction activities, preparing flow chart, preparing estimations, ensuring smooth and quality construction work. He oversees project development, site assessments, and ensures regulatory compliance. He is also responsible to do due diligence with various contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of the project.
Abhijeet has over 6 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and site assessment. He holds a diploma in civil engineering from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai, India
Mr. Gaurav Chaudhari
Civil Engineer
Gaurav is accountable for ensuring safety in project execution, overseeing daily construction activities, preparing safety workflow diagrams, and ensuring the smooth and high-quality implementation of safety measures. He actively manages project development from a safety perspective, conducts site assessments to identify potential safety risks, and ensures strict adherence to regulatory safety compliance. Additionally, Gaurav plays a pivotal role in conducting due diligence with various safety contractors and vendors, guaranteeing the timely delivery of safety measures and protocols.
He holds a diploma in civil engineering from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai, India and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Sinhgad college of engineering Pune, India.

Mr. Omkar Joshi
Sales
Omkar is responsible for prospecting potential clients, negotiating deals and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service. Understanding clients’ needs and communicating the same with Civil engineering team, He plays vital role in project designs by providing valuable customer feedback to the Management.
Omkar is having over 3 years of experience in Sales and marketing.
Omkar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Savitribai Phule University Pune and Master’s degree in marketing from sinhgad institute of management, Pune, India.
Mr Sagar Chavan
Sales
Sagar Looks after Customer relationship management, doing due diligence with various banks and financial institutes for customer home loans, communicating client’s interior civil changes to engineering team. He is also responsible for marketing and advertising of projects. Sagar has over 25 years’ experience in administrative work, sales and CRM.
Sagar has holds Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Master’s in Economics from SP College, Pune, Savitribai Phule Pune university. Also he has completed Diploma in Business Management from Mumbai University.

Mr. Vishal Bhosale
Purchase Manager
Vishal is responsible for Material Management and Procurement of raw material at Lotus Landmarks. Vishal is also responsible for finding innovating materials in construction industry, controlling optimising utilisation of material for various ongoing sites, doing due diligence with various contractors and vendors required for construction activity. And also assist in business development. Vishal has over 9 years of experience construction material purchase he holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Karnataka, India.

Jameer is responsible for day today financial planning, Accounts, Book keeping, administrative work at Lotus. He is also responsible for maintaining, analysing, verifying, and reconciling financial transactions, statements, records, and reports. He maintains the accuracy of the Company’s ledgers and subsidiary financial systems. He also handles all statutory payments and tax filings. Jameer has over 11 years of experience in accounts, administrative work. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Pune, India.
Mr. Ashrunath Vaidya
Accounts Manager
Ashrunath handles Accounts and Book keeping at Lotus. He is responsible for keeping accounts updated and is involved in preparing, maintaining, analysing, verifying, and reconciling financial transactions, statements, records, and various financial reports. He maintains the accuracy of the Company’s ledgers and subsidiary financial systems. He also handles all statutory payments and tax filing, doing due diligence with Chartered Accountant, Banks and RERA authority. Ashrunath has over 7 years of experience in accounts and administrative department and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Solapur, Maharashtra India.

Amol is responsible to provide strategic support on all legal matters including various NOC’s from state and municipal authorities, Plan sanctioning, demarcation, legal search of the property related work. He is also responsible for Documentation and Record-Keeping. Amol has over 10-year experience in the legal domain.
